Carl Johnson spent 16 years in international sales and marketing before obtaining his real estate license in 2003. "In my teens and twenties I worked as a carpenter on reproduction homes with a local builder. When my daughters got older I wanted to change my career to one where I could work in my local community and get involved with the housing industry again. As a real estate professional I am able to do those things while helping people achieve major accomplishments in their lives. It is a great joy to be involved with a family buying their first home!"

Soon after starting his real estate career Carl became active in the local board of Realtors and in 2004 served on the Board of Directors of the Greater Manchester/Nashua Board of Realtors. In 2005 he was voted onto the board of directors for the Northern New England Real Estate Network. Her experience has stretched from the environmental engineering field, where as a Government Proposal Specialist, she aided to her team in winning numerous state and federal contracts providing both engineering and environmental services. Contracts awarded were in excess of $50 million dollars. During her tenure she received three achievement awards for excellence.

 After moving to New Hampshire, Michelle sharpened her sales skills working both in Manchester and Boston for major radio corporations as a Recruitment Advertising Consultant before obtaining her Real Estate license in 2002. Matt Brin has been an administrative assistant for Rene Brin since early 2001.

Karolin joins Brin Realty Group after returning to her native New Hampshire from Massachusetts, where she first gained licensure as a real estate agent under the Jack Conway company. She has worked in marketing and project management within commercial construction and apprenticed in residential home construction on the seacoast while attending UNH, gaining an understanding of both the business and hands-on aspects of building.

Karolin and her husband founded their own home furnishings company while living in Massachusetts. As a retail business owner, Karolin honed her sales and marketing skills while enjoying the opportunity to work with homeowners, interpreting their individual needs and seeing that each achieved complete satisfaction. Real Estate allows her to couple her skills and passions while assisting people through a process driven service, assuring their needs are met through prompt response, attention to detail, and clear communication. Michelle Johnson comes to Brin Realty Group with five years experience in the real estate industry, both as an office administrator and licensed assistant.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maine at Orono and has experience working as a chemist and Technical Assistance Center team member for companies such as Clean Harbors and Ciba Corning Diagnostics. That experience and work ethic in a detail-oriented industry carries over seamlessly to the real estate industry where, as office manager, she ensures that the office runs as smoothly as possible and no detail is overlooked when it comes to serving our clients.

Michelle lives in Milford with her husband and two daughters.
